Walo Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency which renders services of Executive Search and Engineering Recruitment.

We are a specialist recruitment company operating in engineering and industrial sector. We take on recruitment challenges, and provide consulting services and support at every level of recruitment process: we define needs, advise on choosing the right candidate, participate in the final negotiations and support adaptation to a new workplace. We successfully recommend our Clients top experts from industry, energy and construction sectors. We have completed hundreds of recruitment projects for a wide variety of job positions and areas of industry.

Our main focus is always to guarantee high and long-term effectiveness of recruitment processes. A great majority of Candidates recommended by us have been continuously and successfully developing their careers in the companies of our Clients.

Our recruitment company was created as a response to dynamically changing priorities of modern business which require constant development. We believe that personal fulfilment, ambition, entrepreneurship, being open to development and challenges are natural, inside motivators for every human. We can recognize and name these motivators in the course of recruitment projects and propose an optimal environment for their development. This is how we define motivation.

Consultants

Marzanna Walo-Wojciechowska

The founder and leading consultant of Walo Recruitment is Marzanna Walo-Wojciechowska, who has been involved in recruitment sector since the year 2000. She has completed a few hundred recruitment projects based on Executive Search, and numerous outplacement and career coaching projects for management. She has taken part in various consultancy projects and competence audits. Her area of expertise covers industry, energy, construction and engineering. Recruitment projects she has been involved in concerned several areas of company activity, such as sales, marketing, engineering, logistics, production, HR, law and purchase. She has gained her experience while recruiting managers, technical managers, experts and engineers. In her work she uses theoretical engineering knowledge and practical psychological skills. She graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Sanitary Engineering, and Warsaw University, Human Resources Management, and has participated in many trainings in Human Resources. She is an active coach and an employment counsellor. In her professional work she is particularly interested in the development of self-awareness and individual effectiveness.

Tomasz Jacak

Sociologist, he graduated from Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He has been involved in Walo Recruitment since 2015. He has a wide experience in the performance of Executive/Direct Search projects for many international companies. Currently he is responsible for the search of engineers for design and construction sector.

Paweł Poniatowski

He has been working at Walo Recruitment since 2014. He is experienced in demanding technical projects. He graduated from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Sociology Department. Besides searching for perfect candidates, he plays rugby and represents Poland in the international sports arena.

Krzysztof Czechowski

An experienced coach (4000 hours of completed coaching sessions), manager and mediator. He specializes in comprehensive human resources management, project management, team management and interpersonal competences. He gained a wide managerial experience (15 years) in the biggest Polish companies. He is particularly interested in leadership coaching and mediation. He believes that in the 21st century business requires a new model of leadership that can be described as visionary leadership which brings together people sharing a mission and common values. Such leadership creates a new identity of business organizations and their members. A cultural anthropologist by education, he graduated from Warsaw University, History Department.
